Control One, a Bengaluru-based startup, has unveiled India’s first physical AI agent for the global market. This innovative AI agent, showcased in a newly released video, marks a significant milestone by autonomously handling materials in a warehouse, highlighting its advanced capabilities.

Control One has integrated this operating system into a forklift, enabling it to interact with its surroundings and execute tasks based on simple voice inputs.

Control One aims to change this with its unique operating system designed to convert slow-moving vehicles into advanced physical AI agents capable of real-time decision-making in dynamic environments.

The video demonstrates the AI agent responding to voice commands from an operator, showcasing its vision-to-action technology. This groundbreaking system allows the AI agent to process and respond to changing environments, distinguishing it from traditional systems.

Control One’s operating system can be seamlessly integrated into existing warehouse equipment like pallet movers and forklifts. These AI-powered systems autonomously navigate and improve performance over time, setting a new standard for intelligent material movement.

Pranavan S, founder and CEO of Control One, expressed excitement about their Vision-to-Action AI model. “This OS ushers in a new era of AI-driven automation while also improving productivity and safety across sectors. We can’t wait to witness the significant influence this will have on the supply chain industry going forward,” he said.

Automation has transformed industries like manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing. Despite these advancements, many AI-enabled warehouse tools still rely on pre-programmed commands, limiting their adaptability.

They can also be remotely guided, allowing blue-collar workers to manage multiple pieces of equipment and oversee entire warehouses, reducing physical strain and enhancing productivity.

Founded in 2023, Control One attracted investment in April and raised $350k from industry leaders including Helen Greiner (co-founder of iRobot), Kunal Shah (founder of CRED), and executives from Tesla, Walmart, and General Electric.

As an NVIDIA Inception Partner, Control One benefits from cutting-edge GPUs and expertise to develop and scale its AI systems.
